Position: Finance and HR Executive

Job Description


  • Manage the flow of transactions (income, expenses) to ensure that the organization remains profitable
  • Operate Xero Accounting Software to ensure accounts are balanced at the end of every month
  • Submit monthly financial report to the management team every month
  • Process payments in a timely manner to vendors
  • Liaise with Account Executives regarding clients’ payment methods and plans and ensure client payments are on time and according to plan
  • Ensure all online and offline documentation are organized in a logical manner that allows information to be easily tracked
  • Liaise with our appointed consultant on any software technical issues and resolve them
  • Liaise with associated parties for any matters concerning finance including but not limited to banks, corporate secretaries, IRAS
  • Work with company secretaries to prepare the yearly financial report and file ACRA on time


  • Manage employee records in Payboy system including:
    • Onboarding and offboarding procedures and information
    • Updating information and ensuring all employee information is current as and when changes in staffing occur
    • Reporting system errors and technical issues to the Payboy system developers and working with them to resolve issues
  • Pay salaries and commissions due to staff every month
  • File CPF for staff


  • Good working knowledge of finance and HR systems, government laws, etc (preferred, otherwise trainable)
  • High degree of integrity and honesty
  • Good attention to detail and ability to do complete work
  • Discipline and organization in maintaining the systems to ensure it is clean and in order
  • Ability to work independently as this role entails dealing with private and confidential information
  • Ability to liaise confidently with management when required for finance/HR matters
